ADOPTION CONTRACT

 I/We understand that I am/we are not purchasing a dog/cat, but adopting and saving the life of an orphaned animal. Therefore, there
is no trial period and will be NO refund for any reason other than the dog/cat being terminally ill. You (and your family) MUST make

issues. I/we will be patient, consistent and understanding. To our knowledge and the rescue’s, all available information about the
animal have been disclosed and medical records have or will be provided to us.

 I/We agree that said dog/cat shall not be used for medical or any other experimental purposes or sold or given to a pet store, supplier

ADOPTION FEES

Our rescue runs strictly on adoption fees and donations. We have limited funds and everything we bring in, goes to the animal's rescue and care.

Our fees for dog adoption range from $125 to $350 depending on the situation of the dog. Cat adoption fees range from $30 to $100.  The fee covers only a portion of our expenses (spaying/neutering for dogs/cats older than 4 months, pain medication, 1st set of vaccinations including rabies, deworming, microchipping, feeding and sometimes boarding). When a healthy dog or cat comes into our rescue, it costs our rescue an average of $180 for pre-adoption care expenses. It is not unusual for the cost of vet care for unhealthy dogs or cats to run from $200-$3000.

We do this without benefit of financial backing or resources. There is no profit in what we do and many times we don't come anywhere close to breaking even.
